This one day course is suited to people who have had their company file set up and want to gain skills in processing day to day transactions in MYOB.
What you can expect to learn
Create customer quotes, orders and invoices
Process customer payments
Create adjustment notes for sales returns

WORD 2003 LEVEL 2
This course requires the ability to create basic documents in Microsoft Word and an understanding of computers as you will be required to start applications, work with and copy files, and locate file folders.
What you can expect to learn
customise toolbars
hand-draw tables and manipulate them
create and work with tables
insert a picture into a document, and move, resize and crop pictures
create new drawings, and resize, move, group, duplicate, and move drawing objects
create and modify a style, and apply a style to text in a document
create the documents required for a merge, perform a merge and create mailing labels
use sections to correctly format your documents
create headers and footers
create automated fields within a document
A comprehensive manual detailing all of the information covered (and some bonus information) will be provided upon attendance. This course has a BYO laptop option - your laptop must have a licenced version of Microsoft Word 2003 installed on it.
This course requires the ability to build basic workbooks, knowledge on how to create and save a workbook, enter simple formulas, and print and chart data.
What you can expect to learn
work with one or more workbooks at once
use a range of techniques to work with worksheets
adjust the sizing of columns and rows in a workbook
use a variety of viewing techniques to view worksheets
format cells in a workbook
understand and use absolute referencing in a workbook
use the fill technique to enter data into cells
use names and labels
use a range of logical functions
use the various Lookup functions
sort data in lists in a workbook
use Autofilter to display data in lists selectively

Office 2007 is here and as much as we are prolonging it we are going to have to come to terms with the fact that sooner or later we are going to have to get to know it.
This half day workshop will give you a tour of where all those things that were so easy to find in Office 2003 have been hidden. Great if you are trying to adjust or are contemplating upgrading.
