Nicola Baaini’s approach to business is to equally “count the beans and nurture the people”. Her experience from Small & Medium Enterprises (SME’s) to large corporations has demonstrated that when businesses truly understand the dual impact of both staff and finance, success will follow.

The former holder of senior finance and leading management roles in major corporations, Nicola utilised her people and fiscal skills to establish Your Business Solution over five years ago.

Uniquely, Your Business Solution simultaneously combines understanding cash flow and its impact on a business, with the importance of gathering the right team to give a business a strong foundation upon which to grow.

Nicola took on her first senior role as Assistant Finance Director of one of Melbourne's leading hospitals just four years after beginning as a junior accounts clerk.

Her climb of the ladder of success was due to her determination and desire to accept the challenge of any project she undertook. After being promoted from assistant to Finance Director, Nicola spent thirteen years working in management roles for large corporations, and organisations in both the government and healthcare sectors.

Your Business Solutions’ philosophy reflects her own and her team’s rich experiences and dedicated pursuit of excellence. The company’s overall aim is to train and coach organisations on the importance of building a sustainable business, by developing a strong team and having the right fiscal approach.

Your Business Solutions’ strategy begins by teaching SMEs how to establish proper bookkeeping procedures and practices to achieve corporate profitability - after all these are the first steps towards small business longevity.

Linked with that, Your Business Solution helps SMEs and organisations to recruit the right employee and then how to retain them.

Having successfully built up Your Business Solution as a bookkeeping, recruitment, administration and consulting company, Nicola now spends an increasing amount of time coaching clients around staff and financial issues.

She receives a growing number of requests for formal workshops and presentations to SMEs, micro business groups and local government organisations. With Your Business Solution now well established, her main personal focus is as a keynote speaker and workshop presenter. 

A MYOB Certified Consultant and Accredited trainer, Nicola holds a Cert IV in Workplace Training; Cert IV in Business (Employment Services) with a Cert IV in Financial Services (Accounting) and a Cert IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping) just about complete.
